b. Individuals or entities listing their charging spots are responsible for ensuring the availability and functionality of the EV charger.

3. Payments and Fees

a. evSpot facilitates payment transactions between individuals or entities listing their charging spots and EV owners.
b. Listing parties will receive compensation for renting their charging spot, as agreed upon between the parties involved.
c. evSpot may deduct a service fee or commission from the rental amount.
d. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment processor.

4. Liability

a. evSpot is not responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur during the use of EV charging facilities or as a result of the rental transaction.
b. Users are responsible for their actions and interactions on the platform. evSpot does not assume liability for any disputes or disagreements between users.
c. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and building rules regarding EV charging and parking.

5. Intellectual Property

a. evSpot retains all rights to its logo, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the website.
b. Users may not use evSpot's intellectual property without explicit permission.

6. Termination

evSpot reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, access to services, or the entire platform at any time without prior notice for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any unlawful activity.
